We contacted Mr. Anders immediately following the incident, and were given a free consultation regarding the incident that painted a clear picture of our options and what those options would entail going forward. After some deliberation, we decided to hire Mr. Anders as our Attorney to take the cases to trial. These events transpired in June of this year, and with a minimum of time spent in court and a fair wage for Mr. Anders having taken two cases, we achieved such aforementioned excellent and expedient results as two dismissals in two and three court appearances on the behalves of we formerly charged. Surely, all of this would not have been possible if not for the expertise of Mr. Anders, and his willingness to work your case not only on your appearances, but whenever such opportunity presents itself. Mr. Anders is an accountable attorney who will not tell you what you want to hear to get your money, but will instead give you an honest prognosis as to the outcome of your case, should you make the right choice (in my opinion!) and take him on as your criminal defence attorney.

Mr. Anders was assigned to my son's DUI case by the court. My son, being over the age of 18, made the decision and qualified for representation via the Court. Once I received my son's consent to include me in his communications with Mr. Anders, I was immediately impressed with his demeanor and knowledge. One of my most valued characteristics about James is not only, his caring/professional advice, but also his knowledge of the legal system. Which helped me get my felony charge down to a misdemeanor. I picked up a state felony charge last year, and James was assigned to pick up my case.it took almost a year to get through it,and he stood by my side every step of the way.I told him I was innocent of the chargers and he never doubted me.He ran with it,never accepting any plea deals and standing strong against the DAILY, today we shot 2 plea deals down with no hesitation on his part, and a few moments later charges were dismissed.
