My ex is a nightmare. I had a very hard child custody case. Jennifer explained what was and wasn't important. She is very direct but it saves a lot of time. Also she was not one of these nickel and dime attorneys charging me for picking up a paper clip. Thank you Jen!

I hired Jennifer Silva last summer for a modification of custody orders and child support enforcement. My initial consultation was great, she took the time to get to know me, asked questions, looked over my then current divorce papers and pointed out a few mistakes! (From another lawyer). During court proceedings she took full control, was very confident and a little intimidating (which is a great thing). We ended up agreeing on temporary orders which worked out perfectly for my son! For our final hearing, which was today! (Almost a year later) My ex never even showed up! She walked me through the next steps and informed me what I was entitled to since he wasn't there to plead his case. Lets just say because of her, I was able to get everything I requested! I couldn't be more happier! The only issue is with the office secretaries, its kind of annoying leaving messages with them because you don't always get a call back, which I understand because they have tons of clients!
