Based on the reviews, I was set on going with this attorney. When I called him he answered right away and took down my information. He said he would have his assistant reach out to me. He even called back later that day around close of business to let me know he hadn't had a chance to brief his assistant yet, which I appreciated. However, that was 11/17 (over two weeks ago) and I've heard nothing since. I called to follow up on 11/22 and left a voicemail requesting a call back. Unfortunately I still did not hear back, so I ended up going with a different attorney. Literally the only thing I can think of as something I "did wrong" is, the day we had talked, I was trying to reach my plumber (who was supposed to be on his way) and I picked the wrong number out of recent calls on my phone - so I accidentally dialed this attorney instead, at 7:10pm. I realized my mistake as soon as I reached his voicemail and did not leave a message, still thinking I would hear back from his assistant the next day. I find it hard to believe that this one simple mistake might have caused him not to communicate any further, without even knowing that I did not mean to call at that time. And I would have appreciated a call back when I specifically followed up and left a message, whereas instead I was ghosted.
