UPDATE: shortly after posting this review and filing with the BBB, a receipt for a refund was issued. The substance of my review remains the same - be careful but they did do the right thing after my complaints were made. Be VERY careful using this firm. They will use high pressure tactics to trigger you emotionally into believing this is your only option. I spoke at length with Rick and Nick and they exerted a great deal of effort to get me to file despite the fact that the debts aren't actually mine at all. I was a victim of a crime and have state law on my side to protect my rights but they tried to convince me this was the only way to protect myself. Despite me signing up on 9/20, notifying them on 9/23-10/1 of my wish to cancel, Nick has refused to refund my $300 deposit claiming that I needed to notify them in 72 hrs. But their system is built to prevent you being able to reach anyone in a timely manner. I left messages with a front desk person multiple times and sent texts. Nothing has been done on my case. I filed a BBB complaint and posted a Google review and my deposit was quickly refunded.

In the beginning of my initial consultation call I was nervous, but speaking with Jacqueline made me feel at ease. All of my options were explained adequately and I feel like her recommendation is my best option.
