I am extremely happy with Jeremy Lara. I was in a minor car accident that was not fault. The hospital bill was more than the insurance was willing to pay. I was getting frustrated. It felt like my only choice was to play the waiting game and if that didn't work court. Talked to Jeremy and said I want it resolved fast. He did his magic! Okay so I wasn't sure what I wanted to say. My case was in 2017 and it just got settled this year 2021. I was with a different law firm for the 1st 2 years. The last 2 years it got transferred to Daspit. I believe I had Michael at 1st and then Tyler Wilson ended up with the case in the end. I gave 4 stars because I had to ask what was going on with my case a lot. But Tyler always answered my emails. He never took his time responding. He was very consistent with getting on the opposing council. He will fight for you. The only things I didn't like was they almost got as much as I did and I'm the one that had the accident and lost a child. Then there was fees that I didn't know about. I'm very grateful for all the hard work Tyler did for me. I'm still waiting on a settlement for my son and cousin that was in the accident as well. Tyler was very professional and nice and patient. Just make sure you know how much everything is going to be. And if you don't understand something, please ask before signing anything. I was so tired and just wanted it to be over with. I just wante to put all this behind me. But Tyler is your guy. It is always good to get a lawyer who will fight for you and try to get you the most possible. We won really BIG!
