Dropping from 5 stars to 0. I don't like how they force you to give them a 5 star review on the initial phone call when nothing has been accomplished. It's been over a month we already paid our larger than average attorney fee, signed the documents and our case still isnt filed. Shop around first for better rates before choosing a company. We have filed before and this process is a complete 180 with Allmand. You can call but it's a roll of the dice if the person answering has a strong understanding of the English language, or you can wait 2 days before you receive an email response. Hopefully we can file before our home is foreclosed on.
