When I came to Juan Carlos, I was looking for someone to help me, not take advantage of my situation. He did just that. He was able to see that I was only protecting myself. He didn't let the state bully me into some plea bargain deal. He fought for the truth and what was right. In trial he was fully prepared, and exposed the lies, while not trying to hide anything. He was great at everything he did in the court room. He asked the right questions, and knew the laws. He won every major battle that we came across. By the time trial was over, the jury came back with a very fast NOT GUILTY verdict! Juan Carlos could have took easy money and let me take a plea, but instead he fought for me.
