I can not thank Mr. Rountree enough we hired him to help my son with his DWI being so unexperienced of what we needed to do, he guided us and was able to over turn my son's DWI to a obstruction of a intersection. I am very satisfied with the outcome and so glad we hired him I would highly recommend him to anyone. He really knows what he is doing & is very reasonable in price.

Words cannot describe what Wade Christiansen has done for me and my family. I had a child custody case Wade was with me every step of the way he was truly professional and truly genuine and caring it was the most stressful time of my life. And Wade was always the calming effect (loosey-goosey) you will not find a better. Attorney I won my case and got primary custody of my son because of Wade Christiansen and his highly professional. Kim helped my wife and I get our wills completed. This is something we had been putting off for years. Kim walked us through the process and was there to answer our questions and we had a lot of questions. I would highly recommend Kim Pettit.

Mr Rountree was able to get my DUI dismissed. From the start Tim was on point making sure he had all the information and evidence SAPD had in their possession. He was able to use this information to his advantage. It is important to give all the information as you know it to Mr. Rountree so that he can find any irregularities in the evidence. You have to be true to yourself and Tim so that he can make sound decisions. Tim was able to question the two SAPD officers in such a way that he was able to have the two contradict each outher! Tim was also able to question the blood test taken and had ordered a subsequence test which Ultimately rendered a dismissal. This was a very trying time for my family and I. I wish to never have to go through this ordeal ever again. If you should find yourself in this position. I suggest hiring Tim Rountree as your lawyer. He worked diligently on my behalf. For this I will be forever greatfull!

The original attorney I hired was in October, 2017. He was paid $2500.00 in advance for his services to probate my Son's will. I called him in December and asked what the delay was. He told me, "There have been long trials and the holidays are coming up." etc. I think that he was making excuses. Near the end of March 2018, his secretary told me that he was never going back to his office. I live in Corpus Christi, Texas so I had to make a special trip to his office in San Antonio to get my Son's original will. My $2500.00 was never returned to me and he had never filed anything pertaining to the will probate. I needed to get another attorney and found Mr. Kim Pettit on the internet and liked his reviews. I had a meeting with him the early part of April 2018. He agreed to take my case to have my Son's will probated. In less than 3 weeks, Mr. Pettit and I were in Probate Court No. 1 and my Son's will was probated just as he had promised. After we left the courtroom, Mr. Pettit advised me on several other things that I needed to do before everything was finalized. I did as I was told and all is finalized now thanks to Mr. Pettit. To show you how honest Mr. Pettit is: I told him that after his service with me was finished and if there was any money left over from the retainer fee I had given him that he could keep it. He refused. He would only take money for the work he did and nothing else. The work he did showed on the bill he sent me and it was real easy to understand. I think he did a super job and in a timely manner, too. If I ever need a lawyer, he's the first one I'll try to get. I highly recommend this fine gentleman.

Just when I thought I was going to lose my job, after my PO amended the conditions to my probation I met with my family attorney who was reluctant to approach this particular judge..... Great working with this firm. re: US Citizenship for my foreign adopted daughter. Required many documents, etc., Initially worked with Wade then mostly with Chrystal throughout the process. Both very knowledgable, helpful and patient while guiding us from the beginning to the end of the process when my daughter received her Citizenship. I would recommend these folks to anyone in need of citizenship/immigration help.

I hired Tim as my attorney after being arrested for a DWI. My BAC was above 0.15. Amongst the attorneys I called, Tim was the most affordable and it turned out to be a great value for my money. Tim encouraged to take the classes even before the case was closed in court. In the end, my case got reduced to an Obstruction of Highway with probation.
