Mr. Whitten was recommended to us by the Executive Director of the Army Retirement Community in San Antonio to help our uncle, an 88-yr-old resident of ARC, who wished to sign a new will after the death of his wife in 2012. Mr. Whitten was able to visit with our uncle to make certain that his wishes were properly stated in his new will. He was able to help her understand and adjust her estate plans to accommodate Texas law and procedure, including final updates on a very short timeline as her health deterioration accelerated dramatically.
