MR. WHITTEN HAS HELPED MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE YEARS WITH MULTIPLE ISSUES. I KNOW HE HAS WORKED WITH MANY OF THE MILITARY OFFICERS IN THE AREA AND THEY LOVE HIM. HE HELPED ME SET UP OUR COMPLICATED WILL SO THAT I KNOW THAT MY WIFE AND CHILDREN WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO ME. THAT GIVES ME GREAT PEACE IF MIND....

After an initial consultation I immediately hired Mr. Whitten to prepare my will and other documents. He was very professional and pleasant. I never felt rushed, he took time to explain the process and understand my wishes. His staff was equally pleasant and accommodating.

When I began the process of Guardianship, for my son with Autism, I was TERRIFIED! Lacey was and continues to be the guidance and support which truly made the process something which I was able to understand and able to complete for myself and for my son. One of the things you look for when you visit an attorney's office is confidence in their ability to solve or execute your particular task(s). After my father's passing, I went to see Mr. Whitten about the execution of my father's last will and testament. Lacey sat with me for an extended period of time, answered every question, and was quite thorough in his explanations of what we would encounter. I was also pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficency, not only in the tasks at hand, but also in how quickly my emails and phone calls were returned from his office. It was obviously a very trying period and my experience with his law firm helped to relieve some of the anxiety and stress that goes along with the death of a parent.
