Jarryd Morton was great he took great care of us. We were being evicted for non payment of rent. But Jarryd step right in and helped us fight, for our rights as tenants. And to show that we were in the right. The landlord could not prove their case, only had paperwork that was 5 yrs old. So the judge ruled in our favor. When I was involved in an accident with an 18 wheeler I didn't know what to do. It was the most traumatic experience of my life and I felt overwhelmed. My wife and I were involved in an accident with an under-insured driver late on Halloween night. The driver sideswiped our vehicle, spinning it around and slamming it into a concrete highway divider. The car was totaled and both my wife and I were injured. We found that the driver of the vehicle who was at fault was under-insured to where we did not believe we would be able to collect but a minimal sum on either the vehicle or the medical claims. We contacted Tom's firm in hopes that they could attempt to make sure our claims would be reimbursed by the driver's insurance company to the greatest extent possible. Tom did an excellent job of explaining the entire process that he would guide us through to hopefully realize full reimbursement on both claims. He did not over-inflate the possibilities of prevailing on those claims considering the under-insured coverage and the low quality of the insurance company who was providing her coverage. The process followed Tom's initial briefing precisely as he explained. His communications throughout the process were extremely thorough. Tom was very impressive through the deposition portion of the process and was extraordinary in his negotiations with the insurance companies to realize more than double what we initially anticipated could be recovered. We were reimbursed in full for the vehicle and medical bills and additionally received a settlement for well above the under-insured coverage the at fault driver had in place. It was an extremely smooth process considering the complications involved. We have nothing but the utmost compliments for Tom and his firm's performance.

Crosley Law is far from your average law firm. When you first walk in, you'll be greeted everytime with a smile by the receptionist, Ruthie. The paralegals are excellent at maintaining continuous communication and quick turnaround times. You'll be able to speak with your attorney directly which is something you often lose in larger firms--this was very nice. Crosley law firm was able to address all of my needs and concerns, while operating in an ethical manner. I give them my personal recommendation.
