Four years ago, our lives changed forever. it was the day of our wedding anniversary. I left work early to surprise my wife. Plans changed when I was struck by a truck. At that moment, our anniversary changed from being a day of celebration to a day of remembering a horrible experience. I had multiple injuries & had to have surgery immediately. once i was able to wrap my head around what happened & the lifelong challenge we were going to face, my wife and I knew we had to take legal action. We received the number for Sunil & Shamrez Ali from a friend. We Scheduled Sunil Ali to come to our home the day I was discharged from the hospital. We were hesitant, at first, because our family was going through a rollercoaster of emotions already. When Sunil arrived at the house, he removed his shoes unsteadily. I told him that it was not necessary, but he insisted that it was important to him to treat every home & every family with the same respect he would treat his own. Sunil was not pushy. He took his time listening to us & really hearing our story. It was later on that Shamrez Ali made contact with us and began walking us through the legal process. It was refreshing to hear how incredibly knowledgeable he was & how willing he was to take the time to explain things. Shamrez was there for us every step of the way. He has always made time to take our calls, ready to provide consultation or be a listening ear when we had questions or concerns. He showed compassion & tenacity. He remained steadfast on our case to make sure that we received the best possible outcome. We knew that medical expenses were not going to stop. We were worried. Shamrez did not treat us as just a case but pulled us in , like family. He reassured us that he would do all he could with our case to help ease some of the financial burden. We can not change the past or the deep impact that this tragedy has had on us, but we can move forward peacefully knowing that Shamrez & Sunil & the legal team fought hard for the future of our family. After being hit in a car accident I started to feel stress and the feeling of not knowing what I was going to do after being told my right hand was going need surgery and it probably wasn’t going to function or move the same as it once did. I hired Mr.Shamrez after a accident i was involved in that left me with a broken and shattered leg/ankle,lacerations to the liver and road rash. The person who caused the accident of course did not own up to it so he investigated and fought for the truth in helping me win my case. My last lawyer, withdrew from my case without an explanation, 3 weeks before my statue of limitations was up for my car accident. Shamrez Ali, helped me in 5 hours settle my case, 4 days before my limitations was up, after I was referred to him. My ex lawyer, dragged his feet and lied to me for 2 years while handling my car accident case that I got injured from after I was hit from behind. Mr. Ali is sharp, to the point, listened to EVERYTHING I had to say, knew exactly what he was doing and told me the truth up front on what will work and what won’t.
