My experience with them was bad.I was told to hold on 1 reduction 5 months ago while I had finished my injections an all needed to be released by the doctor an chiropractor 6 months ago an was told I was good to go.From what they told me bills were already being paid to doctor an chiropractor,that meaning they had settled to be able to pay off expenses without my consent.I never agreed to any settlement or acknowledge anything. Now when I call they say the last reduction will take 4 to 8 weeks,that was 5 months ago,to that also now when I call to get some kind of notice or speak with my own attorney only the front desk answer an I get beeps for more than 10 minutes,I've counted.this is constant,is there anything I can do. They were exuberant to have me sign there contract an raised my hope's for a better future.since August of 2014, I lost my job due to the appointment my lawyers had me attend including doctors appointments. I was also told the claim had gone through with the insurance company,so now they have the money from the settlement which I didn't consent to an now they can't speak with me. I have not once received a call or notice to check on me an neither have they called me once to talk numbers with them. I don't know what there doing, but I'm depending on my settlement to get me out of poverty. If I would have known this before signing the contract, I would have never signed the contract.if this does not get fixed soon I will be making more complaints against them.
