Very disappointed in the service- I got the contact information from a christian live video. At first the response was immediate - case was being reviewed for my husband, but I can only assume that atty Castillo was unable to assist on the issue. After many calls asking for a status and being promised a call back in 24 hrs I've heard back from no one. Months later... Still nothing! No reply! Aside from our case supposedly being reviewed, my husband's mother is in hospice very sick. I called to see if anything coulds be done for him to see her since he has been deported- still not even a yes or no from anyone. Not even with this being an emergency situation on our end.

If you are looking for an attorney to be straight forward, Professional, attentive to your case and always courteous, Mr. Rudy Castillo is your attorney look no further. His staff is just awesome. I felt that my case was important and that it would be resolved and it was to my complete satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Rudy Castillo. I give him 5 stars.

Do not hire this attorney probably one of the worse attorneys in San Antonio he will steal your money and not do anything towards your case they never answer their phones and do anything to help you in your case
