My case was super complicated and difficult. I have been struggling for the past 30 years to get a green card with many different representations and Mr. Garcia has been the best. He explained the entire process very well. Mr. Garcia, and his team were very responsive and efficient. He helped me prepare for my interview and personally came down to sit with me at the interview and provided support. We would highly recommend hiring Mr. Garcia to anyone that needs help through an immigration process.

We are in the middle of a case we are tring to adolpt a little girl and boy from Nigeria, we are a the point where we have almost complete an home study by a creditable agency, but last August she last her creditablity. and we are in need to find another provider that is Hagee a credit and can complete or adolption

I met Alex in February 2015 as I shopped around for an immigration attorney to help file a K-1 Fiancee Visa. Out of the several lawyers with whom I spoke to, Alex seemed genuinely engaged in our complex story and invested in helping us through the end. I recall thinking that he had a command of the processes that we were yet to face, and his prices were reasonable compared to other immigration lawyers. I hired him following the initial consultation and he and his staff worked on every phase of our case, from compiling the initial materials to include with the application to preparation for the consular interview. Alex was fantastic. We returned to Alex with various other questions as my wife worked her way up the immigration documentation ladder and recommended his services to everyone we knew with immigration needs. Ultimately, my wife contracted Alex to assist with the naturalization process. As in every other case, Alex and his staff delivered outstanding service and were available for questions and concerns throughout. On the day of the interview, Alex accompanied my wife to speak with the agent. He seemed to know everybody at the USCIS office on the 281 which reassured my wife as she prepared to perform her best on the exam. She passed and was sworn in the following day! Alex's guidance along the journey was indispensable and we couldn't recommend him and his staff higher. Although my wife's immigration journey is complete, we will continue to send our friends and family to Alex without hesitation.
