This law office has a lot of experience with family law. I would recommend this firm to anyone who is looking for this sort of help.

Before we hired Ms. Roberson to take our family's case, she explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable with the laws. She made us feel comfortable with the process, even though we knew we would face challenges. Her staff was also very reliable in answering our questions and concerns. After we hired her to take our case, she worked diligently on our case. Her and her staff always answered our calls and emails timely and quickly. We are forever thankful to Ms. Roberson and her team for working on our case.

I hired Duran law firm to represent me for my dad estate since he did not have a will. Everything he ask me to do , I did and he did his part. He let me know what to expect in court to even what judge we would have. I appreciate him and Jacquelyn for taking care of me and my family . Ms. Roberson was highly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful during my divorce. Her office was responsive to my requests and needs. I had the worst experience with this law firm. They are responsive but don’t tell you your being charged for the slightest thing. Example, email response as simple as a question, I was charged the hourly rate of almost $50. Be ready spend mad money. I dropped Mrs. Roberson because my bill was close to $5000 and nothing had been done. (edited today after I posted earlier) And now I get a phone call from the head partner, am I getting charged for that too.? Ain’t funny when you have nothing to lose and a weight is lifted. Thanks for taking money I could have placed elsewhere Jaclyn.

Ms. Roberson tried to advise my dad to set up a power of attorney documents when he updated his will, which would have been in his best interests. I appreciated how she went above and beyond to try to get this important paperwork put in place.

it’s been about 2 and a half months since hearing about my case! the last conversation before mid August is that a court date wouldn’t be available until September. well September has come and gone as almost October with no communication what so ever. so very disappointing...

This law firm would not take me as a client saying there was a conflict of interest when I had already talked to one of their attorneys who said there wasn’t a conflict of interest. They would not tell me why there was a conflict of interest. Typically I know there would only be conflict of interest of the other party hired their firm but they didn’t.
