I found the attorney to be professional, knowledgeable, organized, up to date, a person of integrity & passionate about what he does. Based on my experience, I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Board Certified quality immigration lawyer. Also, if you are wondering about the fee the fee is reasonable.

Best Immigration Attorney in town. Alex is a great attorney. He helped with my wife's green card case. We met with a few other attorneys but none of them explained our case to us with such detail. He knows immigration law and he gives you great advice to make sure you have the best chance at success. Even his office staff is very professional and helpful. Alex helped to file all the petitions and applications. My wife and I then had to go to an interview at the uscis office, and Alex attended with us. Alex actually met with us a few weeks before and prepared us for the interview. The case was approved on the spot! This attorney knows his stuff with immigration and I highly recommend his services!

This lawyer is ok. His office is not so good. We paid a document locally and then the secretary instead got a copy after we told her it was hers. So we had to pay again so they can get it out. Yet he should have done it from the beginning. I know he was ok but like a politician once they have your money sometimes they don't seem to care. My dad told him he wanted to change his name but didn't get it done. His secretary blamed my dad and thought she knew everything but instead she was all wrong. Instead she wanted to say it was my dads fault instead of apologizing the secretary made it worse. Personally if my dad was as nervous as he claims he was when they asked him he should have stopped my dad and told him what they discussed. Instead he told his secretary to tell me he let it go but oh well. It is what it is. I told her I would not talk bad or even say anything about him I was just disappointed . The secretary made it worse told my sister to change his name it will be alot because of me. Now I am saying his staff person is not knowledgeable and if he really said what she said then he is just like everyone else all about the money. I wouldn't recommend him because the secretary or his helper is not good. She just said her boss would charge US alot just to help him probably do paperwork wrong anyways.

Alex was awesome. He helped my dad thru the process for citizenship and made him feel comfortable. He was with him thru every step of the way. I'm glad we chose him to help my dad with his citizenship. He was so helpful and very affordable as well. If you are considering getting a lawyer to help with citizenship I recommend Alex Garcia you won't regret it. He's with you till the very end and he is very reasonable in price.
