Pay attention to the negative reviews. Hired this attorney for a business case and he would never follow up with me on any updates. I was the one who always had to reach out. He did not seem to care at all and even allowing time to pass knowing how important time is. Pathetic and unprofessional if you ask me. If you have no idea what you are doing then just say so. Filed complaint with the State Bar for Attorneys. I highly recommend anyone looking into this attorney to stay far, far away.

He was very informative of the laws and information on Probates that helped us to make decisions for our process. I contacted Ryan, a little over 2 yrs a go to get some advise for the Probate after my mothers death. You know how some family members get even when there is a Wil. He was upfront and honest with me, gave me some advise. I used his services for her Probate and it went well, I am now using him to complete a Deed transfer. I will highly recommend this law office for anything you need.

Not one to post reviews normally. However, after paying for a consultation fee to setup a legal entity for our marketing co-op, we haven’t heard anything back. Initial meeting went well, however, I’ve attempted emails and phone calls just to get some type of update. It’s been over a month now with no return call or email. Even just a “we are too busy working on other things” would have sufficed, instead of leaving us hanging for a month. Time is money, and they wasted both. Hope this helps someone else in the future!

Ryan and his team including Melanie (law student) were very friendly, professional and extremely efficient. It’s sometimes hard to find compassionate and caring professionals to add to your team of experts. I highly recommend Ryan. Was give advice on how to handle a contract situation without having to engage in a prolonged and possibly expensive legal affair. The advice seemed sound and workable. Would add that Ryan was easy to talk with and honest about what law he was not familiar with in my situation. As a tradesman, Carpenter.
