In the darkness shined a rey of hope
With having the least of confidence in winning a battle by being in a situation between agreements verbally and agreements in writing I felt the odds were against me at winning this one but in the midst of losing all hope, I randomly chose a name in the yellow pages and called Mr.Reiffertt's office on a Friday at close to 7:30pm,.. he does what I would have least expected, he answers his phone...
Need I say more......
.....but I will.. 20-30 minutes of his time at no charge.....his idea....wow...
