I hired a lawyer for my car crash. The process was fast.

It's funny how I put up a 1 star review but was askes over and over again to take it down because Mr. JuanCarlos said that all the issues I had was having was with the other 3 teams I had on my case. Now we are back at square 1 with Melissa hanging up on me on Nov 4. even when I said I wanted my LAWYER to call me. Never got a call. I Emailed Miss Melissa but I still have not gotten a response. I've lost my car about to lose the place I live and my kids and I will end up in a homeless shelter for the holidays. I regret ever going to this Law firm they are all a big joke they tell you what you want to hear but don't fallow through with anything they tell you. AND I WILL NOT BE TAKING THIS REVIEW DOWN!!!

The staff is very unprofessional and they don't seem to know what they are doing . They need to have some training with customer service they are horrible.
