Capable and competent real estate services with very fair pricing. Allison assisted us in securing affordable note servicing for an owner finance wrap transaction, helped with insurance and closing, and was overall a tremendous asset in what was an otherwise complex deal. That said, it appears the firm is geared toward seasoned investors. Newbies may find the firm is not easily accessible for questions and response times can vary, leading to (in our case) minor delays. Overall, however, the services are an excellent value and Allison's knowledge and application of RE law is exceptional. Recommended!
