3/24/2022, Consultation: If my case goes as well as the consultation, I know I’ve chosen a great law firm. I spoke with Gage and he handled me and my information with grace. After feeling not heard and dismissed, he was very professional and patient. He helped with my anxiety. My consultation was hands down great in comparison to the several lawyers I’ve been speaking to thus far. I’m just crossing my fingers everything else goes as smoothly with my case.

5/30 called again for updates and apparently the information that I was given was wrong. the firm is still trying to get information and the case is not on demand status. what a horrible experience. 5/22. 1yr and 8months. Well I called for a follow up and I have been informed that the case is "on demand". Let's see what happens. Back again. After the initial review, the company wants to know what they can do to make my experience better. Well, I do believe the answer is simple. Close the case. if I understand correctly, per the information that the agents gave me, after 2 years of the case being open, if not solved the case goes away and it has been 1yr and several months. By the way, I did get a cup. This is not a positive note. Warning to all who are looking to legal assistance. I was in a car accident where the other driver admitted to being wrong, not only to me but to the police and all agencies. Can't get any better than that or so I thought. Now 1yr and 5 months still nothing. I have had 3 different case workers and they call every 2 weeks to tell me that they are still working on the case. This group is dragging their feet and they have demonstrated an inability to close the case. again go else where don't use this agency.
