Tracy Ross is an amazing attorney that guided me through the most difficult child custody battle. She always showed empathy and respect toward my situation. Tracy was always available to answer my calls and emails even during after hours. She treated me like her top priority. She always showed up to court prepared and ready to go. Her paralegal, Lisa Salinas is also amazing, very organized and always had documents ready on time. I highly recommend Tracy and her team. I will forever be grateful for everything she did to win back my 11 year son. Because of Tracy and her team, I am able to enjoy my son and continue to cultivate our relationship! Unfortunately / but fortunately our family has had the opportunity to have Tracy Ross and her team, represent us twice in the past few years. I have recently retained Jamie Graham & Associates, after my Attorney was just NOT hearing my concerns. When I spoke with Ms. Graham yesterday, I actually felt like I was being HEARD, she honestly sounded as upset about my situation as I am. I spoke with her longer, during one phone call, than I have my previous Attorney, in 2 MONTHS!! If Google would allow a 10 STAR rating it would be more accurate. Rob Biggers is nothing short of phenomenal. He represented me for divorce and was the most understanding, patient, compassionate, REAL and DOWN TO EARTH lawyer I have ever worked with. He fought for my children and me; ensuring we had all the things I NEEDED and thought of some things I hadn't considered and in retrospect I would have been aggravated if they had not been addressed and resolved. He also keeps expectations real and isn't afraid to explain why some requests are not going to work, but always had another option that seemed to work out better. Rob answered my questions without making me feel stupid and explained every step of the process in layman's terms so I always knew exactly what was happening and why. He was prompt and returned my phone calls or emails usually the next day or sometimes late in the night.
