As an attorney myself, I am beyond amazed at the quality of representation I received by Jamie, Erin, and Katy. Their experience became quickly evident during my initial meeting with them. They are truly passionate about their work and I felt like my kids voice became their primary goal during my divorce process. Best decision I've made since I filed for divorce!!! I started with Jamie Graham and Associates back in 2014, at this time her team was handling my divorce case. The quality of service was outstanding. Just recently I needed to use Jamie Graham and Associates services once again for a custody battle, I was assigned to Katy Fox-Sanvictores. I am not sure I can speak highly enough of her and her team, any questions I had were answered in a timely manner, to say my case was difficult might be an understatement. My case started back in July 2019, opposing counsel was causing a lot of delays. Katy was constantly in communication with me and opposing counsel, she understood my frustration and was with me through all of it. If I didn't understand something her and her team were right there to guide me along, she even helped answer questions that were from my divorce case. There's a saying " you get what you pay for", I have witnessed this first hand, every cent I paid was well worth it. If you are needing any legal counsel I highly recommend Jamie Graham and Associates, especially Katy Fox-Sanvictores. My lawyer Ms. Katy Fox-Sanvictores is not only a very professional and wonderful lawyer, she is also a great person. Her, and her team have been extremely helpful since my first phone call, often going out of their way to be helpful, and honestly I don't know where I would be now without them. I HIGHLY recommend this law firm if you are going to be going through a divorce......it really is almost like speaking to family every time I need them.

My attorney for my divorce, and custody case was Kathleen Fox-Sanvictores. Retainer was $4500. I already had proof my spouse committed adultery, and all allegations my spouse claimed were unfounded. I wanted a jury trial for my custody case. All she did was ask/agree for continuances with opposing counsel. One hearing, we were in court for nearly three hours. About 10 minutes of that was spent asking me questions about my income, the rest of the time she spent socializing with other attorneys. After the fourth, maybe the fifth continuance, I asked her why she keeps asking or agreeing to continuances? I stated that I came to her with all of the necessary discovery to have a jury trial for custody. So, she scheduled a meeting with me in which she stated that my retainer had been exhausted and solicited another $4500 dollars just to “prepare” for trial. It was clear to me she was milking me for money. At this point, I expressed that I no longer wanted her service at which she understood and subsequently filed a motion to withdraw counsel. When I received an itemized receipt for services, the office printed out every single text message, and every single email, and made copies of everything filed in court. I was charged a fee for every copy that was made, and it was taken from the retainer. I paid $4500 dollars for four continuances and copies of communication. After we parted ways, I became a self litigant, and represented my self and was awarded visitation, even with pending criminal charges. If I would have known then, what I know now, I would have filed a grievance against her with the Texas Bar Association and the Attorney Generals office.
