I hired Robert Dabaghian to represent me in a case against [redact]. Both [redact], the owner, was found guilty of conducting deceptive trade under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice Act, or DTPA for short. Mr Dabaghian performance throughout this case and during the trial was impressive. His knowledge of the DTPA was most exceptional and came to light even more during the trial. Mr Dabaghian’s knowledge of the law not only allowed for me to win this case, but caused the jury to dismiss all counterclaims by [redact]. It is my belief that I could have not retained a more skilled, confident, and dedicated counsel than Mr Robert Dabaghian. Rob is handling a case for me -- it's not a very big one -- but it's big to me. 8 other attorneys -- the "big wigs" here in San Antonio -- turned down my case because there wouldn't be a big enough settlement for them to waste their time. Rob saw through all that and realized that I had been wronged (deceptive trade practise) . He took the case on principle. That's the kind of man he is. I highly recommend him. The the guy is a CPA AND an attorney. How cool is that? He's also in the reserves. He has the whole package and is the real deal as far as I'm concerned.
