Posting because my mom hired these people to handle an immigration case for her husband. They are not helpful. She calls and calls and sends many text messages for updates on certain things currently going on but they ignore her for hours. Whenever they feel like it they decide to message back. It took them a week so send off documentation to immigration. The only reason why they sent them now was because my mom was calling and messaging to send a confirmation. Do not recommend. Save yourself the headache. They have been in process with immigration for about 5 years already. Get yourself someone better.

I want to start by saying that My husband and I are extremely happy and satisfied with the work of Robert Jimenez. My husband had signed a plea deal when he was a teenager on some charges that would bar him permanently from ever being able to work towards getting his residency. Mr. Jimenez was able to reopen my husband's cases and even get them removed from his record. God is truly amazing and works miracles. Mr. Jimenez was always honest with us throughout the whole process. My husband had a criminal record over mistakes he made as a teenager and has since changed his life around. He had stayed out of trouble for years and Mr. Jimenez helped him get that removed from his record. My husband is no longer permanently barred and has a chance of residency and can finally move on without having his past mistakes haunting him. We are forever grateful to our Lawyer and his assistant Patricia for all their hard work in making this possible for our family. We highly recommend this Law Firm.

DO NOT I REAPET DO NOT WAIST UR MONEY HERE I HAVE A CASE WITH MY HUSBAND AND WE PAID THEM OVER 10k on front for his papers back in 2018 and we haven’t heard nothing after finger prints in 2020 it’s been 3 years we called them and ask about it and they response is immigration is backed up . I HAVE FRIEND THAT HAVE THEIR PAPERS ALREDY AND THEY TOOK THEM NOT EVEN A YEAR
