Very rude paralegal. Attorney Grubbs on the other hand had been a good attorney in the past years. I'm sorry but I will never call on this office nor recommend it.

This is the most unprofessional group in San Antonio. What a disgrace of representation. Maybe their attorneys are decent, but good luck getting past whoever is answering the phone. There was no way to become a client with the lack of courtesy provided by their receptionist on the phone. Interesting that the receptionist has to make a claim that it is a client problem instead of accepting responsibility for not keeping a schedule for professional attorneys. Instead of accepting responsibility for their actions, they prefer to lash out and make false claims about others to hide their lack of respect. You can feel the hostility in their uncaring and uneducated response to my review. Not a care in the world for anyone other than themselves.

Was not happy with the services I received. I was given bad legal advice. Maybe Mr Grubbs does not work with the case I presented to him but he should have informed me before taking my payment.

I went in for a job interview with this firm and I did not get the job 😕 but while I was there, I was observing everyone and everything around me. First, He Will Say You Have A "Winnable Case" Take Your Money, And Do NOTHING FOR ALMOST A YEAR. Before Your Case His Office Will Double Bill For Money You Have Already Paid, Then Admit You Have A $650 Credit. But When Your Badly Neglected Case Loses Because It Was Passed From Associate To Associate Who Know Nothing About It. And You Ask For Your $650 Credit Back by certified mail, They Then Lie And Say They Used It (after the case). $3000 SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!!!!!

PEACE OF MIND!! The title says it all. I am not exaggerating when I say that I had consulted with over 10 lawyers and they all told me that I had no options, that I was stuck with my current situation. My situation was one that created an undue financial responsibility and the amount was just getting larger and larger so you can imagine the enormous stress it caused on the family. Mr. Grubbs was going to be my last option-if he told me the same as all the other 10+ lawyers, I was just going to hold on tight until I had to resolve my situation-which someone else was getting me into. Mr. Grubbs, was able to not only fix my situation, he even offered 2 different ways we could do this! When the opposing attorneys tried to intimidate me, Mr. Grubbs fired off some emails to them and I never heard from them again. I cannot tell you how appreciative my family and I are of Mr. Grubbs for helping us get peace of mind. His office staff is also helpful and very friendly. My recommendation is this: DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OTHER ATTORNEYS, JUST CALL HIS LAW OFFICE FIRST AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME.
