Brian has made this entire experience so easy and comfortable. He is so dedicated and informative. Every question or concern i had, he took the time to make sure i was heard and informed. He just really made this so stress free and painless. If you are looking for that, then Brian is for you.

With his flat-fee business model, Brian could have cut corners - but he never did. Instead, the model provided him the incentive to finish the case quickly, while his competence gave me the best chance at a good outcome. He checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable with his goals and where the case was headed (I always was). That’s what left me feeling completely calm walking into a courtroom where my innocent child’s future was to be decided.

When it comes to family and custody he knows how to fight to get what you want. I was totally happy on how smart on some of the stuff and loop holes. I would have never thought about it. It is only due to his guidance and surmounting evidence that additional protection and resolution was initiated to correct the wrongs done against my father by trusted caregivers. In a normal circle of life when adult children move away from home and want to have trusted people around their elderly parents it is alarming when those loyalties are betrayed. He will only action what you wish to proceed. He worked on my father's behalf and navigated the state law with a seamless approach that does not feel intimidating. His interaction allowed me to focus on being the child, the caregiver, and the companion to my father during an otherwise stressful time. He shares exactly what is accomplished on a regular basis. If you need interim updates or simply have a question he is always responsive. His professionalism and family-table style constitute a caring display and precise demonstration of his ability to leave no stone unturned. I was invoiced only after receiving thorough explanation of what will be done and a prompt follow up after it was completed. The invoicing pattern is real time and clear. It really was the simplest acknowledgment I ever saw and I began to enjoy seeing the notifications pop up because it signified Mr. Knowlton interceded and is making headway.
