Had a great closing on a restructured deal, very accommodating.

As a part owner of a local small family business, I have worked with my fair share of law firms. However, the attention and service you get at Tiwari + Bell, PLLC, is incomparable to service at other law firms. They set the bar for high quality service. From the minute you walk into the Firm, you are given excellent service. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the legal staff and the attorneys were absolutely splendid. After my consultation, they were great with keeping all the partners updated on our real estate transactions and document preparations. From the consultation to scheduled appointments, the attorneys don’t make you feel like you’re just another client to them - they make you feel as if you were their only Client. I was most impressed with how Mr. Tiwari handled one of our most complicated real estate transactions that the partners have inherited. Other law firms were not able or did not want to assist us because of the complicated nature of our legal needs. However, Tiwari + Bell were able to assist me by customizing my documents, negotiating and handling the transaction on my behalf. The firm took charge of the things required for the transaction and all I had to do, other than relay information for the closing, was attend the day of the closing. If you are a small business owner, I highly recommend Tiwari + Bell, PLLC, as a law firm to represent and handle your legal needs.

What a wonderful experience I have had when working with Mr. Tiwari. I have had dealings with other lawyers in the past, and I can say I have not been impressed. Mr. Tiwari really sets the standards of what you should expect from a Lawyer. He is very knowledgeable in what he does, has excellent communication/responsiveness skills, and pretty much takes all the hassle out of the experience. His passion for the field and dedication to his clients really shines through when working with him. Trust between yourself and your lawyer is very important, not once did I ever feel like Mr. Tiwari placed anyone else’s interest before my own. To know me personally, I rarely recommend anything as I set a high standard for any product or service. I can only say that I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Tiwari and can only hope that if I ever need his services in the future, that he will be around.

El abogado Geoge Chumillo es un muy buen abogado. Desde la primera vez que hable con él acerca de mi caso, el tomo el tiempo para explicarme paso a paso todo el proceso que debía hacer. Él siempre contesta o regresa las llamadas y eso lo aprecio mucho, ya que usualmente comunicarse con un abogado es un poco difícil. También me gusta mucho que habla español, eso permite que entienda toda la información sin quedar con alguna duda. Was referred to Tiwari from another atty... big mistake discovered. My first clue things weren't good was when his own staff began resigning from his firm, at first it was a routine to witness his rotating clerical staff then his associates began departing his firm causing significant delays in persformance. After significant investment was already put towards my case & Once concerns were raised on his lacking follow up & performance instead of getting involved he used that opportunity to suggest another Atty is better "qualified" to handle the case. Obviously to lighten his case load so he could concentrate on others who wouldn't question his performance. Tiwari doesn't follow through on cases. He is not "proactive" & waits till the last minute to do any clients defense. He writes demand letters but does absolutely no following up! He has no diary system on his clients behalf. He seems to allow clients to continually ask for follow up & then always wants to have constant meetings for strategy for his own billing purposes. My experience is Tiwari is looking for clients who don't question performance or his billing. He is only interested in obsessive billing without achieving any clients results. When times get difficult Tiwari abandons his cases. If a clients questions his lacking performance he immediately abandons the case. He doesn't like to discuss business by email? So if your a client that's usually out of town good luck on that. Not dependable representation. He's also intimidated by other Atty's such as "Newton". Not a good atty for immediate positive results. The only results you get from Tiwari is huge billing along with him abandoning the case so clients have to get other qualified Atty's for same duplication of efforts. Very unprofessional & unethical behavior. When times get tough Tiwari abandons his clients instead of helping them. Clients beware.
