I was referred to Ryan by a friend and although Ryan could not represent me, instead of simply saying “sorry I can’t help you. Good luck“ like other lawyers have, he was transparent, when explaining to me the reason why he couldn’t. He still tried to help me out and gave me some advice and for that, I appreciate him. I will definitely be reaching out to him if I ever need representation!

Though we didn't end up using a lawyer at all for our case, Mr. Orsatti was very helpful and spent the time on the phone answering questions and listening and advising me on my situation and what would be best. I will certainly retain his services asap if my situation changes.

During the recent sale of a condo, we ran into a number of issues with all parties involved. We were stuck in the middle of an endless back & forth with no progress. We needed help from an experienced, knowledgeable, outside voice to speak & work on our behalf to get over some hurdles. We called Nate for the first time at 8am. Within a few hours, he had an understanding of the situation and began getting it all under control. He allowed our wishes to finally be heard and acted on.
