If you have any questions regarding real estate law, you need to call and speak with Chris Sabala! Chris is a great listener and easy to talk with when explaining the terminology of a purchase contract and what it means. He also was great in helping us understand a CC&R and how it applies to a purchase contract. We would definitely recommend him. Do what we should of done and see him before you purchase a property to protect yourself from any future headaches. You will not regret that!

Amazing Experience with R L WILSON LAW FIRM. First you talk to Intake which I spoke to Linda and she is so incredibly kind and made sure I knew what to expect in a consultation. We then had our consultation with Chris Sabala who was extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic of our situation and did not try to sway us either way. Being in another state where a seller decided they no longer wanted to sell was a situation we did not expect to find ourselves in. Chris let us know our options and what we could expect ether way we should go. We ended up settling out of court and without the need for any further representation but we are very grateful to Chris and the time he took to reach out even after to make sure that we did not need anything else.
