In hindsight, I should have listened to my instinct after our first court date when he showed up just 3 minutes before time, so we didn't even have the opportunity to consult with him. And so went the rest of our case. It was dragged out for years by the other party requesting reset after reset, before finally culminating in a long, drawn-out hearing. During the hearing, the other party's attorney was quite good at manipulating facts, then not letting me speak to them. Mr. Sossi failed to address any of them on redirect or in initial questioning. My wants and concessions, I'd later learn, were never communicated to the other party. 25K later, my day in court was a joke. Save your money. Look elsewhere. All you are to him is an endless bank account.
