Mr. Troy Brookover is AWESOME! My case was not a high $ case, however Brookover listened, understood I was injured, damages to property acknowledged and accepted. He will fight for you like a bulldozer, he is aggresive and protects his clients. He kept me well informed personally and with the assistance by his friendly and knowledged staff. I was surprised of my settlement $ amount it was more than I expected, and grateful for the WIN!

Troy Brookover and staff, Raymond, Phyllis and Stormy kept me informed, returned my calls, did all the work, made all the calls, and always treated me with respect and kindness. I was extremely pleased with the settlement. I am retired from an insurance company, and maybe I have a better grasp than some others who do not have any experience in that field. But I do understand there can be pitfalls in even the clearest liability situations, such as policy limits. I know that Troy Brookover and his team is the best choice I could have made under any circumstances.

He never kept up on what was going on with the lawsuit and was extremely hard to get hold of. The very few times I did get to talk to him he kept it very short so there was very little communication between us. The only communication was with his mother who is the office manager. The info I obtained from her was opposite what he ends up saying. He is not a very negotiator the settlement was much less than all the medical bills.At the last minute he says if I say to file the case and he does not see enough money in it he will drop me. All this was dropped on me at the last minute where I had no choice but to take the low ball offer that did not even cover the bills. Because of his springing this on me at the last minute I had no time to obtain another attorney who would work for me and my case.
