I hadn’t read the reviews before going w this firm. The reviews about lack of communication are correct. I have reached out 3 times for updates on my case and have not received an update. Will update review as this plays out.

Warning !!! Please do not hire this law firm they will take your money and help themselves verses their clients. My dear friend hired them to fight for home. Her home was about to be taken over by squatters and her attorney failed to protect her and her home. She owns her home outright and is fighting to keep it that way

**DO NOT** hire this Law Firm, they are thieves, they lie lie lie to get you to retain them using the fakest sympathy for your divorce issues and later continue to lie and rob you. My attorney Brooke Irey from this firm refused to represent me claiming I agreed to her withdrawal, however a judge has never approved that withdrawal. She got me locked out of my home that I have exclusive rights to until it sells. She risked mine and my sons lives to date by not writing up and delivering the judges orders Overall sneaky grimy shady business. All this because 7500.00 was not enought to write up a judges court order from 07/2023 according to her. That was not part of the 75000.00 She got me locked out of my home that I have exclusive rights to until it sells. I will be pressing Tresspassing charges on all parties involved.

The communication was very poor, with multiple unnecessary delays. What was largely an uncontested divorce took much longer than needed.

Hiring Crista was a horrible mistake. She is very difficult to reach once she is paid. While she says she cares about your case, her lack of attention says otherwise. She is not in court and her billing is ridiculous.

Crista Branch and her staff are professional to the core. She helped me with my very difficult case and I came through with the best results I could not have imagined. She (as well as her staff) know their way around the courtroom and insisted we take the high road during my divorce case. In doing so, I believe this contributed to success for my case. I highly recommend the Branch Law Firm to anyone seeking an attorney .

I hired Ms Branch to help me with my CPS case. I could never get through to her. When she did call would be the day of court and I had to supply her with what was going on with the case. I could never get ahold of her when I REALLY needed to talk to her. She didn’t protect me in court and let other attorney’s ask questions in my defense. Hiring her was the biggest mistake I’ve made in my life. She is hi dollar and not worth her asking price. She quit and I had to find another attorney. I don’t think she should be taking client in when she can’t keep up with the ones she’s got. My opinion about her and her services is null. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone I know.

Crista was very helpful in getting my daughters out of a bad situation. She did a great job in getting me custody of my daughters. Because of her ability to navigate the legal / CPS system they have grown up to be smart strong young women.

Brooke Irey initiated my case. She was amazing in providing responsive, professional and compassionate service. Justin Niedens represented me during trial and after. Justin was a bulldog, and i would hire him to represent me on any case., as my husband would say. He really cared, and that meant alot. Thank you Brooke, Justin and the Branch staff for being compassionate, thorough and professional from beginning to end.
