Shann took up the cause of my old HOA trying to collect dues that they were not owed. He provided frequent updates and was always cheerful and encouraging. Thanks to Shann, we closed on time and got money back from the HOA. He doggedly kept after them. Will certainly be using him and his firm in the future for estate planning. If you want a fighter, he is the attorney you want.

I have used this firm on a variety of different real estate matters and Shann and Chris have been consummate professionals who listen carefully to my needs. I am pleased with the work they've done for me. Shann is one of the best people I have ever come in contact with. His knowledge of family law is vast and has helped me navigate issues with my Trust. Glen was amazing! Very knowledgeable, and Nicole, his secretary, is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. We never had a problem reaching someone at the office, and our questions were always answered promptly.

I like the open door policy, I was able to speak with Mr. Cunningham directly when I needed. I liked the one on one attention given to my case. I am satisfied with the legal advice received by the firm. Other lawyers would not take my case, am glad I found them to represent me.
