I found out before my son turned 18, that even though he was in high school at the time, that I would have no medical right to help my son medically without certain documents in place. You don't think about your high school kid being an adult, but that is exactly what they become and if you don't have a PLAN IN PLACE then you will not be able to help your child out since the doctors can't talk to you about what is happening and you can't give your opinion on which route to take medically should the need ever arise. Charlie explains everything clearly and even has a perfect mini-package that takes care of the above and even includes a will. Remember your kid is legally an adult at 18 and they need to be prepared for their future and Charlie is the BEST qualified lawyer to help you and your soon to be adult. In addition, he will be there for you should the need arise. Now with all that said, Do you have a plan in place? Charlie Weisinger and staff are the most caring, dedicated, professional individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. Charlie has taken care of not only me, but my entire family. Charlie has performed multiple services for my family. He has seen us through guardianship for an autistic nephew, estate documents for the entire family as well as taking us through probate. We hired Tom to develop our Estate Plan. At first we were anxious, not knowing what it entailed. He explained the process and made it seem easy to us. Tom even noticed minor errors in the first draft that we had missed, and was able to hand us our valuable documents in a short period of time. What surpised us was his fee, which was very reasonable.

Mr. Weisinger put together a living trust for our family and came recommended to us through good friends. He was extremely knowledgable about estate planning and led us through the best options for our situation. You can tell he genuinely cares for his clients and providing them with the best product possible. He explained everything about our trust in a way we could understand and walked us through the steps we would have to take with our personal accounts, our home, investments etc. to make sure everything was included in the trust. He and his staff were always on-time, professional, and willing to thoroughly answer any of our questions. He not only provided a very nice binder with all of our estate documents; he also provided digital copies as well so we could easily provide copies to anyone we needed to. He always treated us with great kindness, integrity, and professionalism. We have recommended Mr. Weisinger to several family and friends, and will continue to do so!
