I recently consulted with Mr. Goldberg and couldn't be happier with the experience. He was professional, thorough, prepared, clear and very detailed. He took the time to really listen and to make sure that he had all of the relevant information. In making his strategic recommendations, he also kept our budget in mind and made suggestions that I could enact on my own, without further legal fees. He clearly had our best interests at heart, and was not trying to get us to hire him for unnecessary services. Mr. Goldberg consulted with me regarding my discrimination case against my former employer. The advice he gave me helped me to be able to reach a settlement. Then when I got the documents he went over them with me, explaining line by line in English exactly what it was saying. The most special part is, as I suffer from CFS and found the drive to his office daunting, Sylvia arranged it so that we could do this all by telephone. Amazing!
