The Jacobson Law Firm prepared our wills and powers of attorney several years ago. When my husband died eight months ago, Dana and his team were there to help me through this most difficult time. I was referred to Mr. Anderson by an old friend after my father passed away and I needed help with his estate. I feel like he was honest with me about all of my options, and he helped me to avoid unnecessary expenses by taking the time to examine my situation and explain what I needed and what I really didn’t need. Notary filed documents right away and sent them to me ASAP. Staff is professional, courteous, and efficient, and their willingness to work with me long distance via email, phone call, and zoom is most appreciated. Highly recommend.

Working with Dana and the team to develop my family's wills and powers of attorney was a great process. Dana's team was responsive and thorough. Also their encouragement to complete the process and remember the "why" was also perfect. This is a hard topic to think about, but knowing it would serve my family was a reminder of why I was getting it complete. Their process was painless, not complicated, and not expensive, but the right value. I would highly recommend Dana and the Jacobson team.

It took an incredibly long time (3mos) to complete for fairly straightforward updates to a current will and estate docs. The fees are outrageous and service was horrible. For less than half of the price, I had my original attorney redo all his errors and simplify the amendments so that someone surviving me wouldn't be burried in his disorganized grouping. My original attorney is in my previous state and I made a bad assumption they couldn't update since I moved to T. My bad, should've researched. His fee was $5k, the much better update with new provisions etc was$1.3k. Much happier. Fast too! New/ old attorney out of state did more complicated updates in 2 weeks.

Went to get a will packet. Asked us lots of questions and guided us in the packet preparation. Did not rush us. Gave us time to make decisions. Highly recommend this firm.

Completed my new will efficiently. Mr. Jacobson and his staff kept me well informed during the process.
