I contacted Joyner and Joyner for an unfortunate traffic ticket I was freaking out about. Just a speeding ticket, but I wanted to keep my record clean. From the first contact they were nothing but professional and kind. I spoke to the attorney who told me he thought my particular ticket might be hopeless- unlike other lawyers, he didn’t lie to me and promise results he couldn’t guarantee, and I appreciate that level of honestly a LOT. It was a tricky ticket and I knew that it would be hard, and hearing someone really listen to me and tell me my odds of success in a straightforward manner was very comforting, even if it wasn’t great. Several law firms tried to charge me 5 times as much and “promised” results without discussing the downsides, and this firm was the opposite. VERY reasonable pricing, honest information, and willing to answer a lot of (probably stupid) questions. It was a great first impression. I hired them and waited. It took a while but eventually I got a call that a deal had been negotiated and my record would stay clean. While it was still an expensive ordeal, I saved myself a lot of anxiety and headache by hiring this firm and managed to keep my driving record in good shape. They were very kind and patient when I checked in for updates and communication was very clear. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat. Keep up the great service for your clients, it does not go unappreciated.

As a cdl license holder, I was so aghast after a slightly overzealous LEO from china grove ticketed me in my semi for speeding. Fortunately, Joyner & Joyner miraculously had the citation downgraded to a non moving violation which was really amazing.
