Jason Joyner and his team are absolutely amazing! I currently live in Utah and had a 5 year old pending case from Texas which he was able to get dismissed in a timely fashion, and also without me having to go to any court dates back in Texas! Good experience in the case of a friend who was facing revocation of her Texas driver's license. Had she lost her license, it would have changed her life dramatically - from active to homebound, unable to run her business, severely restricting her ability to go shopping, socialize or other activities she does on a daily basis. I accompanied my friend to court, and observed Roberto Yamanaka, attorney for Joiner & Joiner, successfully represent her in court, defeating a motion by DPS to revoke her license and preserving her right to drive. His professionalism, preparation and presentation convinced the judge to rule in her favor.
