I'm a trucker who was ticketed for running a red light. I contacted Joyner and Joyner and without me even showing up at any courthouse they were able to have this ticket dismissed. Truly professional organization and I would refer them to any one with a traffic ticket, especially any busy trucker who's time is precious to them.

I called a week ago and had a few questions on a traffic ticket that my girlfriend got and the friendly receptionist tried to answer my questions, but she is not a lawyer so she did not know. (I do not blame her one bit she was very kind and courteous) I never received a call back for a free consultation. Why have that service if you do not follow through. I had to call a different firm earlier this week to get my questions answered. EDIT: They did end up trying to get in touch with me after the initial post, but if I called them at this point I would not be able to be calm about it. However, since there seems to have been a mixup on some level in their office and my call or the intake that they make for callers may have not been passed on properly I will edit this from 1 to 3 stars. I feel like that is fair if one employee did not pass on the information. (Also already had all my questions answered by another firm so there is nothing that I need) I called on Wednesday February 28th @ 8:32 AM.

I drive a lot for work and reached out to Jonathan Joyner who represented me after consultation and requested from me some data to assist him in my defense.
