Mr. OBrien gave me good advice about handling a bad property manager and a tenant who presented problems.He asked questions about the particulars of my situation with these two parties. He advised on what I needed to win a judgement against either. He used his knowledge of and experience in real estate law to let me know how likely I was to prevail if I took legal action against either party. This was an excellent consultation.

A family member of mine used a lawyer to help for his landlord/tenant case. Because of the irresponsibility of the lawyer, the case got messed up. So that I posted a question online.
