I contacted Mr. O'Brien March 11, 2017 just for some advise. We had a problem with an auto dealer. He not only just gave me a free consultation but went as far as helping me by contacting the dealer. He was really a big help espically when auto dealer are taking advantage of you. I send him an emailed explaining everything that happen on Sunday March 12, 2017 and by Monday the auto dealer was already notified he was representing us and did all this for free. We where really appreciative of his work. He really did help us out. I would recommend him to anyone I know that has a legal problem. Thank You Mr O'Brien.

Dane represented me well as a plaintiff tenant on a case that had concerns regarding unreasonable move-out charges. So happy I chose Mr Dane O’Brien! Our Property management did not want to install missing window. Their excuse was that we signed lease knowing it was missing and did not request, on lease documents, that they fix it. After three written requests with negative results we hired Dane, who listened to all of our concerns. He immediately contacted the property manager and also explained our different options. During courtroom proceedings, Dane’s experience shined even more; from the way he constructed the evidence, to his questioning of their witnesses, to the case law he was able to dig up. One hour and thirty minutes of Dane's relentless litigation and the judge had no choice but to rule in our favor!!!

Mr. O'Brien is a very kind and intelligent person. I have had to call him several times due to a landlord that has been harassing me . Every single time I called he answered . Dane is epitome of what an attorney should be. He is passionate and intelligent. I had issues with the property management company when I moved out of the house. They tried to give me the run around until I called Dane and it was the best phone call I have ever made because he put an end to that mess. I have no problem trusting him and have always referred my friends to him.

I respect him, and when he cant give you anymore information, it is because "he wont break the law"...
