I found Amanda by researching the internet and we were very impressed with the reviews she had received from other clients. The reviews were definitely true to form. Amanda is very professional, courteous, competent and friendly. She made the entire process very easy and comfortable for us especially during the pandemic. Amanda kept us informed on the progress in a timely manner and always followed up on questions we had. Amanda Skeen is the best estate attorney in San Antonio. She is very professional, patient and listens to the request of her clients. I had some questions regarding our estate, and Amanda responded quickly even though it had been two years since things were finalized. That meant a a lot! I needed to probate a will and contacted the Sheen Law. Best move ever! She explained I did NOT need to go through probate and the better (and free) alternative. I said “you just talked yourself out of a generous fee”. She replied “Yes, but I did the right thing”. Isn’t that what you want in an attorney?? What a trust builder.

I found Amanda via a recommendation on an online group and do not have enough good things to say about her. As an attorney myself, I have fairly high expectations and after paying quite a bit for the services of another attorney from a respected firm in town, I recently revisited the will and found some troubling errors/omissions and knew that I needed to get the best eyes possible on updating our wills. Amanda has been tremendously responsible, professional, and has gone above and beyond to ensure that our unique issues were addressed (side note: if you are a foster or adoptive parent, Amanda has bent over backward to ensure that all issues related to foster care/adoption are addressed in our estate planning). If you are looking for an attorney to help you draft your will/help you with estate planning, I cannot recommend Amanda strongly enough.

My husband and I used Ms. Skeen to prepare our Revocable Living Trust documents. We were very pleased with her professional services and since that time we have requested changes and advice and she has done so very promptly and at no charge. I would highly recommend her services.

You will be better off representing yourself. My ex wife represented herself twice in court and received rulings in her favor both times. My lawyer form the Zinda Law Group never attempted to argue in my favor but instead just rushed the hearing along.
