Cesar did barley anything for a very important legal matter I hired him to do. I ended up getting charged over $1,000 for basically doing nothing besides sending out a few emails. Me and my wife found out more on our own that he did in the whole 2 or 3 months he represented us. He dodged our calls several times, even though he said he wasn’t. But how can you go a week without returning a call? Because of him doing barley anything, our case ended up getting up to the DA’s office where we are waiting to see what happens. He could’ve stopped it in its tracks as I was told by our new lawyer. So if you want to get charged a lot of money for getting barley any representation, hire cesar.
