Everyone in her office played a positive role in my situation. The phone calls, emails, and appointments were set up and answered promptly, the paralegal was quick to research my situation and help me understand a lot of the legal jargon, my lawyer did a great job of preparing the case and presenting it to the court, and Mysti gave very critical input to help everyone succeed. This is just the professional side of all of them. They were also very attentive to my emotional stress and uncertainties. They didn't sugar coat much for me, which in turned helped me make educated decisions and prepare me for all possible outcomes.
