The firm handled my divorce and I highly recommend them if you need legal assistance. The whole staff was very patient with me and took the time to go over all of my questions and concerns throughout the divorce process. Francesca Scanio Stacey put my mind at ease about the divorce options and custody proceedings. She was very prompt about replying to all of my communications. Steven Stacey was present at the final hearing and walked me through the process before we appeared before the judge. I felt confident and well prepared.

Mr. Stacey was very helpful and informative. Went over on the cconsultation and was very patient with me and my questioning. Was willing to help with suggestions even if I didnt use his service. Really a great firm to use in the present or future of needed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Contacted their office today and was told they could offer a consult for $150 which I am more than happy to pay. They said they couldn’t offer any info over the phone which I completely understand. However, they also mentioned that they could not confirm whether or not they could even file the case in the county I would need to file. When I asked them again to just check to see if they could even practice in that county I was told no, that I would have to come in and pay the consult fee to possibly be told they can’t even begin to help me. Do they need $150 that badly??? Sad!!

Mr. Stacey was my attorney for a child custody dispute. He was very honest with me from the beginning and gave me updates and explanations along the way. He was so incredibly thorough in his preparation of my case including preparing me for trial.
