Right around graduating from college, I ran into some trouble and was facing 2 different charges with one of them being classified as a felony. I had never been in trouble with the law and never thought I would even be in such a situation. Luckily I found Mr. Hardaway and he was able to help me and explained every step of the process we were taking. He was there for any questions I may of had and always spoke to me straight. We ended up beating both charges and I was able to have a fresh start. Fingers crossed I never need representation again but I highly recommend Mr. Hardaway for anyone who does!

If you are in need of a lawyer, David is your guy. I switched to David from a lawyer I had originally chose who was not effective or even communicating about my case. David actively applied himself to my case and wanted no games. I loved how prompt and efficient he was, as well as straight forward. Upon our first meeting I was sold on his confidence and knew he was going to fight for me even though I had made mistakes time and time again. Mr. Hardaway went above and beyond all expectations that I and my husband had. We called for consultation on a legal situation and due to never being in any kind of trouble before we did not know how things work or where to start. We right away wanted to hire him to help and Mr. Hardaway calmed us down and spoke with us about what he thought would be best for our situation. He was very honest with us and helped us through all our questions and anxiety and had us hold off on hiring him until we get all the paperwork in and figure out what we want to do.
