I was arrested for DWI in 2016. My life was turned upside down. I hired Lance and he went to work against the charges. He did not settle for the court's initial plea bargain offers and continued to press for more favorable terms. After 2 years of delays by the court, he finally got them to agree to terms that were very favorable and wouldn't have ruined my life. I am extremely grateful to him for his determination and insistence on my rights and sticking with me the whole way through.

Although I live over a thousand miles from Texas, Lance was able to help me with my son's arrest and subsequent court appearances. Lance helped me get on probation for a huge drug charge. The Judge gave me 8 years deferred adjudication for two counts. (This was my first offence). 1 year later I got a DWI in a different county and lance helped me again. He fought the motion to revoke with me and eventually they just added some conditions to my probation. After completing all my work and community service and staying problem free for 1 year lance went back to the court and helped me get off probation early! 5 years early! I hired Mr. Turnbow when I was charged with marijuana possession. He got my case dismissed and is currently working on getting the arrest expunged. He was very friendly to me and my parents and kept us informed about the process and what he was working on.

I hired Mr. Turnbow to represent my daughter for a theft case. He told us at the first meeting that he could get her case dismissed if she was willing to do some community service. He was right. After a couple of court settings and proof of the completed community service, her case was dismissed. Mr. Turnbow is very good at explaining things. Lance is not overbearing like some attorneys I met with. I hired him for a marijuana case. After talking to him he told me I should have never been searched. I didn't think much about it until he called me a couple weeks later and told me the case was dismissed because the DA didn't want to have some kind of hearing. Whatever it was, I was very happy with how my case turned out and I'm looking forward to putting this behind me.
