Honest, direct, and keeps his personal emotions out of his work. Navigates client funds well and doesn't waste resources on fluff and nonsense. If he recognizes a potential waste of client resources he is very quick to voice it. I recommend taking his advice and following his recomendations.

1) Nice attorney but not great on communications and take forever to get a response sometimes (not all times). 2a) Inconsistent billing department. Contract said they would bill monthly, they only sent them when I asked for them. 2b) They have a high billing department turn-over rate (went through at least three people) which is confusing as they claim they email your bill to you but they don't. They waited so long to bill me that now I have to pay the bill out-of-pocket because the last bill I received showed a balance and all moneys have already been distributed. 3) I will never use this firm again due to high turn over rate with billing department, inconsistent communications with attorney and billing department or lack thereof, and not sticking to the agreed upon contract regarding sending monthly bills. 4) I give a 2 start to the attorney but would give a 1 star for the billing department only because they eventually respond.

Charmaine Wilde is the worst lawyer I have ever had... no communication with client, lack of diligence towards my case. Made everything more stressful than needed to be.

Straight forward, will be hiring him again real soon. Cares about his clients...
